@lilianna I heard a pulmonologist recently refer to 9% saline but further research shows 7% is the highest concentration routinely available commercially for inhalation.

@scoop .9 is the lowest. 10% the highest. My doctor would not prescribe 10% even to try to produce a sputum sample because it’s too strong.
