My experience with this is taking WEGOVY.

I went through all the doses which did not work. I had a delay going on the highest dose as wife had surgery. When I took the highest dose about 2 hours later felt some nausea. I had had no side affects from the other doses.

When I woke up next morning had nausea and vomited. I got a acute visit at Mayo Jacksonville. At noon just before leavig to go to Mayo I vomited again. At Mayo they could not give me nausea medicine as interferred with heart medications I was taking.

I was told would have to deal with it as WEGOVY slowly left my body and would take several weeks. I came home and vomited again. I was given a diet to try to prevent nausea. I could not eat anything solid so ate mashed potatoes and drank protein drinks. I had to do that for several weeks.

My PCP said he sees this in patients time to time with the high dose. He said we could try Zepbound but wanted to wait couple of months to even consider it. He told me that Zepbound has two receptors to control appetite versus WEGOVY only had one. He went on to say he was seeing less side affects with Zepbound.

Good luck. I hope it works for you. It has for many many others. Just one of those unlucky did not work for me. But you are using Zepbound which my PCP says is better that WEGOVY.
