I am active and do lots of exercise and yardwork. Recently had upper/lower chest aches and now the right upper chest aches. Been around a week. Tylenol helps but if I read the internet I have a heart condition. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mikejjb123, if it gets intense you have to go to emergency. I get the same; those yard clippers can give you pleural pain. Finally I saw the cardiologist and had all the testing. Aced the treadmill stress. It is ok to be wrong in the emergency dept. It's what everyone hopes for.
