@coco46 You said you tried supplements, have you tried 1000mcg of biotin twice a day, B12 500mcg twice a day and MSM at least 6000 MG a day? It seems to be working for me.

@dlardin Yes, I have tried those supplements but I am not sure I tried them all at once. I have tried them on separate occasions and even for different ailments, not necessarily for my hair. I definitely did not take as high a dose of the MSM though, I have stomach issues and I remember having to lessen the dose from what I was originally taking because of digestion issues.
