Welcome to the Epilepsy & Seizures community at Mayo Clinic Connect. As @cmmichaela mentioned, you're not alone here!
I'm truly sorry to hear about everything you and your wife are facing. It sounds like an incredibly difficult journey for both of you.
I'd like to learn more about your wife's care so that our community can better support you. Is she currently taking any medications to manage her seizures? If yes, would you mind sharing these medications? Also, is she under the care of a neurologist, or is her epilepsy being managed by another type of specialist?
Namaste 🙏
Chris

You mentioned that you've been cut off from society. I'm very sorry you're experiencing that.
An idea came to mind that might interest you—have you heard of the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute & Research Center in Lonavla?

It's a therapeutic yoga center where you'll find a welcoming and understanding community along with therapeutic support. I've found that at my yoga school here in São Paulo, Brazil, which is affiliated with the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute. Visiting there is on my dream list!
I'm not sure how accessible Lonavla is from where you are; I know India is a vast country. Is it somewhere you could realistically visit, or would it be too far?
