Everybody is different and every surgeon is different as well as an extent of what has been done. If you had a large prostate and they also removed some lymph nodes it causes more trauma to the region than, lets say, removal of a small prostate and no nodes removed.
Make sure you are not spending a lot of time in the same position during the day also. Use soft surface for sitting and shift you weight occasionally. Walking is very good for you, just exercise in shoes with good support and pace yourself. 😊👍
