@cit10jetjockey several legit studies prove that there is relief from pain via FULL BODY RED LIGHT therapy and also vibration plates in a very specific way, length and number of minutes.

Power Plate seems to be the best vibration for neuropathy.

I''ve done 28 sessions of full body infrared and nearinfrared sessions at LIGHTLOUNGE (the one near me but there are facilities in many cities and states and you can find one near you perhaps: http://www.lightlounge.life.

My doctor told me there was no cure just treatment and of course the dreaded prescription meds that I simply WILL NOT TAKE NO MATTER WHAT..

I now have many hours with no pain and even full days with no pain. I did a lot of research and have found that an every other day schedule works well for me.

Lightlounge has a charter member program that gives you access before or after hours as well as during the staffed hours. I LOVE going at those times. I let myself in with the door lock app. I check myself in. go to the assigned room, lock the door, remove all my clothes (your skin needs direct contact with the lights. Select my program from all the ones available (I started with just the inflammation program for about 6 weeks because inflammation is at the root of most things that go wrong in our bodies! and now I just do the program for neuropathy) I Put on my little protective eye covers because the neuropathy program includes a strobe/flashing light session that addresses certain aspects.

Studies have also shown that red light therapy has caused the beginning of nerve repair and even regeneration.

It also helps your skin and may even help with hair growth and sleep.

I can comfortably say that after nearly 30 sessions I highly recommend it IF YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH and CAREFULLY SELECT your sessions using the no sooner than 24 hours after your last one and preferably 48 to 72 hours. Your cells need time to process the sessions, like muscles need time to process after a weight lifting session. If you go to the gym and do your legs you don't do legs the next day. You wait at least 3 or 4 days before doing legs again if you want to see muscle improvement. Same with red light and your cells. My improvement has increased since I started the every other day routine.
