I got a Boston Scientific AMS 700 IPP and a AMS 800 AUS last January in a single surgery. I had an excellent surgeon and had very little pain, swelling or bruising. (BTW My surgeon was a small woman with small hands and nimble fingers.) I did not need anything more than Tylenol for pain and even though the recovery period is six weeks, I was recovered from the surgeries much sooner. Taking Tadalafil 5mg daily immediately after and cycling the device twice daily after four weeks will help keep before surgery size. Talk to your surgeon. There are good informational videos on YouTube about maintaining penis size after IPP. Using a penis pump twice daily and taking Tadalafil 5mg daily for a month before the surgery will allow your surgeon to implant the largest device. My wife and I are both very pleased with the outcome.

@jimgaudette That's incredible you had both surgeries at the same time. I'm suffering from both incontinence and ED as well post surgery. Was this an outpatient stay or did you spend a night at the hospital?

Thanks for posting this!
