Oral and topical steroids. Mouthwashes, Yada, yada. Nothing helps. I could live with mouth stuff, but lip lesion is the worst. My diet is so limited!

@shelby29 Oral Lichen Planus and Esophageal Lichen Planus is bad enough so I can only imagine the. Pain and discomfort you must be going through, with the lip lesion. Have you had a biopsy done? Are you seeing an oral pathologist? Better to consult an oral pathologist than Dr. Google.
