Jona stool test - has anyone tried it?

I have SIBO and have been to many doctors. My family doctor said all I have to do is eat yogurt. After losing 45 pounds the doctor from University of Chicago said to go on a low residual diet, then two days of a liquid diet and then drink the colonoscopy liquid for two days. Afterwards, if I have any weight left take the Jona health stool test. I'm going to take the jona stool test after I finish the low fermentation diet. I just transitioned from the low fodmap diet (with fodzyme). The UofC doctor said there is no cure, just management. But I didn't care for his extreme diet and chose the low fermentation diet instead. Nothing else has worked so why not.

@retiredbabe have you taken the TRIO breath test to determine what type of SIBO you have? Have you taken rifaximin? The DR Pimental and the motility center at Cedars Sinai has the best scientific data on testing and treatment of SIBO.
