The problem with some physicians as a very astute physician pointed out to me and his Residents, He was the Director of an Medical Intensive Care Unit, "don't just look at the numbers .....look at the patient." The key is in the observation of outcomes and how well (or not) that it is documented. Medicine and treatment modalities can't be cookie cut. We are all made up differently and will not always respond or not respond to medications based on our metabolic makeup and protoplasm That's my 2 cents!
