@nelson1996 In answer to your question, it is difficult for me to be 100% sure of causation. I had major problems with light-headedness and falling that stopped when I stopped Repatha. I eventually had breathing problems at night with Metoprolol that caused the doc to recommend stopping it. I stopped but soon returned to a different beta blocker, Atenelol. Beta blockers seem good for me, although I now take half my former dose, 12.5 mg, not 25 mg.

On the weird Georgian doc’s idea that worked for me: I wonder whether using another stimulant in place of coffee would work the same way? No clue here, but it seems possible. The idea is to trick the current pattern by stimulanting at an unexpected moment in the circadian cycle. Seems logical, Maybe.
