Please consider any video by Teresa (Macdonado, Bone Smart Pilates) who is a PT and a former ballerina who got osteoporosis early on and designed an exercise program that pulled her out of the condition. She has a few, maybe several videos to choose from.

Any exercise for osteoporosis should avoid twisting of the spine. I have not yet viewed the video you mentioned; however, from the photos, it appears that there is some twisting of the spine. It is important to adjust those exercises so that you are not twisting the spine.
