I just saw it last night, it's about a month old,
he is quite meticulous and detailed: plus he mentions names
he doesn't recommend.

I received reply from NBI, (Dr. Neustadt, interviewed
by Dr Douglas Lucas recently)
They do ship to Canada,
Shipping to Canada is free over an order of $200.
I imagine it is U.S. Funds.
And, NBI mentions there might be an extra charge
through Canada Customs.
