@karenoharmothe backbrace is the only thing the doctor provides. My daughter bought me a cane, but really, I should have gotten the walker sooner. It is much more stable all around. Make sure you wear your back brace anytime except sleeping.
Tomorrow marks 3 wks in bed after surgery. I feel so much better. Going home thurs to try it all on my own. I live alone, but have been staying at my daughter's. My kiddos are the best!!
