@shelldct1 Yes your numbers are very similar to mine and I am also petite at 5 ft. 1.5. 130 lbs. Wow, you are doing everything you can. Your supplements and diet are much like mine, except I also take collagen. In addition I started taking BHRT in July of 2024 with small dose Estrodot patch .25 and mycrolized Progesterone. You may have read my post that the BHRT has been hugely successful bringing down my CTX from 688 to .99 with possible slight BMD gain from -3 to -2.6. All the best to you.
