Hi Ken, I have found that if I sleep on my side I usually do not wake up at all during the night.
But if I turn over and sleep on my back, after a while I DO feel the need to pee. It’s not like I have a gigantic fat gut weighing down on my bladder (not yet anyway) but this happens every time.
If you can sleep on your side, maybe it will help?? Best,

@heavyphil I'm both a side and front sleeper. Believe it or not, I seem to do better sleeping on my belly than my side ( I don't have a big belly BTW).
