@jc76 I personally found aerobic exercise to be the secret sauce both during and after treatment. Then one thing I had to overcome and frankly it is just gutting it out and forcing myself some days to get out of the chair and go. The payoff is ALWAYS feeling better afterwards. Going to experiment with both morning and afternoon exercise to see if I can keep the feeling good going all day long.

@chippydoo Excellent! We often hear about the physical benefits of exercise to minimize the side-effects of treatment. But, there are also mental health benefits as well —> Exercise turns on many types of switches in the parts of the brain that puts us in a better mood. It reduces stress, anxiety, depression, catastrophizing, and more. Incorporating exercise is a necessary part of the routine to minimize the potential physical/mental side-effects of treatment.
