Since you already have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, my guess would be that now you also have Hypothyroidism. I also suffer from this and you will need to be put on medication if your Thyroid Panel comes back high. I have both Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism and started on a high dose of Synthroid and Cytomel and have now been weened to just 75 mcg of Synthroid and taken completely off Cytomel. I too was experiencing hair loss, fatigue, weight gain. I also have Long Covid, so it was hard to determine where this was coming from, until I had a blood test for my thyroid. Getting on medication will help a lot. You will need the medication for life.

@lkirnbauer my doctor recently started me on Levo because my thyroid levels were normal so she started me on a very low dose but I did have to get it adjusted so she put me on 25 mg I do go back in October to see if I need to have a larger dose I could every 6 weeks and get bloodwork my doctor has been very helpful with that. It’s been very difficult for me to get advice expect for online groups because I’m the only one in my family currently that has hashimotos. My grandma had hypothyroidism but she passed back in 2015.
