I have Hashimoto’s and not sure if it causes what you are seeing in your bloodwork. It is good you are seeing a hematologist.

What you are seeing in your bloodwork could be due to inflammation, infection, anemia and/or nutritional deficiencies. There is also a potential for bone marrow involvement.

Hashimoto’s is your own body attacking/damaging thyroid cells. Do you have thyroid issues and autoimmune diseases that run in your family? My mom had Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, heart disease, diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

@dlydailyhope my grandma is the only one in my family I’m aware of that had hypothyroidism she was never formally diagnosed with hashimotos. My family does have a history of diabetes, ms and cancer. My doctor also highly recommended me to see a genetic doctor to do the testing to see if it could potentially be genetic
