@taunya6543 Hello, Low Dose Naltrexone has made a huge difference for me. Started at 1.5 mg and titrated up to 4.5 mg. Long Covid since July 2024 with all the common symptoms - fatigue, brain fog, PEM, insomnia, tachycardia, and shortness of breath. I started Naltrexone in April of 2025. Within a few weeks I noticed improvement to some degree on the lower dose (1.5 mg). Wasn't until I started 4.5 mg that I really noticed a difference.
