@law59 I had a person handing my claim that my long term insurance provider provided for me. I wish I would have hired an attorney from the beginning because now my denials are at the federal level and there aren’t many attorneys that provide that kind of services. It’s been one hell of a nightmare. I had a back injury that may leave me paralyzed on my whole left side and that’s why Covid hit me so hard. One must realize when your employer has very well payed attorneys it’s an uphill battle because they fight you the whole way. It’s a sad reality.
