Oh man, having to give up what you love to eat for AN ALLERGY? I admire you for that as well as the tenacity with which you have fought PCa. The foods I choose to no longer eat were not much of an issue for me. Now if I had to give up herbs, spices, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits I would be the one saying "Forget that, I'm just going to continue to eat in moderation."

I am happy for you to have found the path through the PCa mine field that works for you and keeps the joy in living! Is certainly is something for each us who finds our path, and the peace it brings to life, to be thankful for.
