I have also gained 10 lbs and I am trying to get back to my usual weight and it is not easy. I am now 145 lbs 5’5” and have been 135 for a very very long time. I am eating less, drinking more water and exercise and walking more.

@ladybugnc I didn’t even think about that as my reason, but it totally lines up. I’ve def put on weight

@ladybugnc Exact same I’ve maintained 135ish for years and now 143-145
The stiff neck and headaches are frustrating. I hope it all fades with time, it’s been 5 months.
