Hi @2yorkiesmom ,

I’m so sorry you’re struggling to find answers. I totally understand because I’ve had ME/CFS for almost 40 years. Mine,as did a many others with ME, began with an acute EBV infection. I was bedridden for months and it took awhile and a lot of tests to get a diagnosis. But as someone else commented here, your symptoms could also be caused by a number of things. If you’ve experienced disabling fatigue for more than 6 months, with no explanation, have you considered ME/CFS? It is a very complex multi system neurological disease that can affect every bodily system. It’s very much like Long Covid and some researchers think the two may be the same. Unfortunately there’s still no definitive test so it’s a process of eliminating all other possible causes along with a symptom checklist.

@db72 , i was diagnosed with me/cfs 30 years ago, i have thyroid disease, HYPERPOTS, ehlers danlos etc. its the cycling thing that is kicking my butt. it hits, i suffer, we do it again. no answers/ideas to why it hit so hard, and has been happening for 5 years.
