Sartor is as good as anyone at MDA.
That said, he has a bias to radionuclide therapy and also to trials. Any patient should be cognizant of academic conflict of interest.
I also think Dr. Efstathiou is the best GU MO in the region, even though she's at Houston Methodist.

@jeffmarc… I put husbands info into chatgpt. He’s had radiation and still on ADT (18 months plan). Undetectable now. Dr not checking PSA for 6 months. All meets minimum guidelines. He’s never discussed any of these decipher results other than said will have to be monitored closely after finishing ADT. Or never mentioned researching clinical trials. I’m starting to research other doctors. Your contact gave Dr Sartor at Tulane and MD Anderson is doable. Just wanted to share why I’m thinking we should consider other options.
