@jeffmarc awesome. Question for you- how important do you think a center of excellence is? MD Anderson is a 5 hour drive so it’s doable. But if an excellent Dr like Sartor is so close (lil over an hour), I wonder about the difference in care/approach.

Rick’s Adviice
Sartor is as good as anyone at MDA.
That said, he has a bias to radionuclide therapy and also to trials. Any patient should be cognizant of academic conflict of interest.
I also think Dr. Efstathiou is the best GU MO in the region, even though she's at Houston Methodist.
