This is very interesting information. Thanks, Molly! I would like to try it too, and it will be interesting to compare results. However, where did you buy it? If it is used in several countries different possibilities have to exist for buying it.
I have checked right now, and XLGB is not among the lists of medicines available in the country where I live, Spain.

@melia7 Melia, please don’t just order XLGB on line. Acupuncture and moxibustion are also known to improve OP. I first found an acupuncturist nationally board certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She ordered the XLGB from a dispensary in California. You want to make sure that the brand is safe by having stringent quality control, and lab testing for heavy metals, contaminants and banned pesticides. You would also want to make sure that there will not be any interaction with any meds you may be taking. If you decide you would like to try this route, please find a licensed acupuncturist to work with.
