@pjs27 Here is a tip, from one who has used this for several years. Use the chamber - it helps deliver the medication to your lungs and lessens the amount the ends up in your mouth.
You may experience a sore mouth from the steroid in the medication, to reduce the chance rinse your mouth thoroughly after each use.
It only took a few days for my body to begin to respond to the Breyna - my chest became less tight, and my shortness of breath improved.
