@ttutag I started using LDN in March this year. My PMR is getting better, but I believe it has more to do with the il-6 inhibitor, which I started 2 months ago. I will say that the LDN, in combination with magnesium glycinate and a grounding sheet, have completely turned around my ability to sleep well. I consistently am getting 7 to 8 hours of deep restful sleep. I have not been able to sleep this well since my '50s. I'm convinced that sleep is the best medicine, and for that reason alone I'm sticking with the LDN.

@pdxmac thank you very much. do you take the LDN at night? Does it matter?
I will look into grounding sheets 🙂 I agree with you about sleep. If you're not sleeping, you're not healing
