@gravity3 I was on Prolia for 5 years with no problems. My bad reaction was with Jubbonti. It is a biosimilar that's only been on the market for 3 months. Biosimilar means the drugs share the same active ingredient but most likely are formulated differently. The company that manufactures Jubbonti, Sandoz, upon further research I found they specialize in making generics and biosimilars of drugs whose patents have expired. My theory is the company that brought Prolia to the market, (Amgen) of course wanting approval back in 2010 from the FDA was ever so careful checking all the boxes for efficacy, safety, and side effects. I think Sandoz, in their rush to take advantage of an expired patent and grab their share of the profits by marketing their version as a cheaper alternative, may have been more focused on efficacy and less concerned about monitoring side effects. That's just my theory. What I do know is that everyone's DNA and metabolism is different and the chemical composition and/or formulation of Jubbonti doesn't agree with my biochemical make-up.
