If you read back through the comments on this thread, Pkalkstein said in reply to that question: "LDN had no discernable effect on my PMR, although it cured my neuropathy and sciatic pain."

@ttutag I started using LDN in March this year. My PMR is getting better, but I believe it has more to do with the il-6 inhibitor, which I started 2 months ago. I will say that the LDN, in combination with magnesium glycinate and a grounding sheet, have completely turned around my ability to sleep well. I consistently am getting 7 to 8 hours of deep restful sleep. I have not been able to sleep this well since my '50s. I'm convinced that sleep is the best medicine, and for that reason alone I'm sticking with the LDN.
