My first question is if you have sought professional help. There should be no reason why you can’t. Don’t worry what others will think about it, if they find something wrong with it, you can write them off as the loser they are. A psychiatrist can help with meds to lift your mood and stabilize your emotional stability. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist since I was in my early thirties (and should have started much sooner), as I was raised in a very abusive household. I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD. Psychiatric care literally saved my life, as I had the pills and a tall glass of water right in front of me.
Once you are doing better, I really recommend that you find a way to keep your mind busy. It could be a hobby, going to a support group for those with anxiety or depression, or for those who don’t have loved ones near them. Getting out of the house as often as possible - even if it’s just to walk in a mall. Volunteering is good for the soul. We are social creatures, being isolated always causes emotional distress. I know you have no motivation and only want to sleep - been there, done that - but you need to push past those impulses. I know it’s not easy, but it’s the only way out of the hole you are in.

I had a therapist and psychiatrist but the clinic I was using will not allow me to see them anymore until I pay on my balance. I cannot pay. I can’t even afford my meds.
