I call mine hot flashes...after mild physical excursion it comes on and my hair even gets wet! I have to sit down with a fan on me and after about 15 minutes I am back to normal...hot weather is awful on me too. You are not alone...

I have this as well, plus my body temperature starts dropping with the sweat... down to 92.9° if I don't immediately stop. 5 years into post covid and still have the vibration 24/7, too.
