bellakneidel, you had a pelvic MRI. Did you have a lumbar MRI? Was it a vascular ultrasound. You might try one inexpensive thing--see a chiropractor. You can usually get in without a long wait. Same day where I live.
They really know body mechanics.
We are always lying down in those MRI tunnels. This seems to be activated by position.

I have not had one, my doctor doesn’t think I need it since my pain doesn’t go above the knee. But it’s been a while since we discussed it so I can bring it back up again. And yes it was a vascular!

I’ve been to a few chiropractors as well, and they always try to give me the same lectures about exercises no matter how many times I tell them I have done PT twice already. But I really should try to go more consistently.
