Having my spinal lumbar surgery in 2018 probably helped a lot straightening out from L3 to L5. It probably took a lot of pressure off my wonky lower back. The best thing I ever found to resolve most of my lower lumbar problems was Pilates. Even if you do an old person‘s version of that, I’m sure you’ll find some relief in that.

@craigslefknee you should see a physical therapists and get some exercises to help get rid of your pain. I’m currently doing PT and MFR with pretty good results. As the weather gets cooler I’m noticing the change in how I feel upon waking up. Cold is no longer my friend.
