I was the original poster of this thread and all I can suggest is spend a day reading everything you can here, there are hundreds of comments ranging from good to terrible. I personally have ditched the idea as the rep gave me no confidence and the posts here I feel were too far to the negative end of the spectrum to risk it. Having said that if you go ahead I hope you have great relief of your back pain, it's not nice to live with.
