There is a home exercise regime by Dr Forrest Tennant that I follow. Part of it is specific stretches 6 x day. I try to follow an anti inflammatory diet but I’m not much of a cook. I eat a lot of prepared foods (my spinal cord injury was at C8 so I don’t have any hand muscles) so it’s a bit difficult.

Laura, you do not need to be a chef to follow an anti-inflammatory diet. Try to eliminate sugar and you will do a world of good for yourself. Most of my food is easily prepared--mostly in oven. Many foods come pre-chopped like salads and many veggies. I cannot tolerate gluten so I am reading lots of labels and spending more on food but it is well worth it. I have not heard of Dr. Forrest Tennant. I am doing Classical Stretch every morning at 6 AM after dog-walking. I also try not to carry heavy in my hand bag and use a shopping cart at the supermarket as I do not drive. Hope your hands will heal!!
