I am on Tymlos . Started at 1/4 dose and slowly worked my way up to full dose over several weeks. No side effects.

Some people never reach the full dose because they can't tolerate it, so they max out at 5-6 clicks. It's still a therapeutic dose, if not as strong as the full dose.
