I find this site great for people who have problems to share after there surgery! Thank god I just had a polop removed from bowel ! Was to big to remove in colostomy ! But after 15 days in hospital i the wound got infected and I spend over three weeks on vac machine now tg I am off vac! Past week !! Put it’s now 2 months from my surgery my tummy still hurts ! Mu surgent days give it a few more weeks 😣 I don’t know why they tell people 6 to 8 weeks !!! Keep writing people it helps lots to know they are not alone with there pain x god bless

I walk a hour every day and eat very well low fibre diet ! My bowel work regularly ever morning tg! I drink 🍸 water 💦 always and don’t drink coffee ! Good luck to u all ! Water x walks if you can ! Just worry about soreness pulling and tingles in my tummy x god bless you all hero well
