What’s your testosterone now that you ve been on duralutamide for awhile? I m waiting for mine to get up more so I ll be more energetic in the afternoon time. Was 20 two months ago.

I am on Orgovyx And Darolutamide. I did stop Orgovyx For six months, and my testosterone started rising too quickly. My oncologist wanted me to go right back on it. I have BRCA2 and if I even reduce my main medicine, my PSA will rise very quickly. When I was on Zytiga, I reduced my dosage from 1000 mg to 750 mg and in 18 days my PSA went from .2 to 1.

I’ve now been on ADT for almost 9 years.
