Thanks for sharing that! I need to listen to that portion again; I thought she said a decrease in NTM. That would definitely solve my dilemma, since the aerobika could probably go in those. I damaged my Aerobika a few weeks ago in the Medela micro steam bag. I did go on Amazon, just not sure which brand. I'm just tired of boiling.

I have a Wabi Baby bottle sterilizer and put my aerobika and aeroclipse neb cup in it and have had no problems at all. For me it is much easier than boiling. You do have to descale it once every 1-2 weeks, but that is not a big deal.
In addition, I put my toothbrushes in it as well. You can put anything in it that you want to be sure is really clean.

The Bololo is a top brand used by many on this site. It can be purchased online. Rinsed neb cups and the Aerobika can go in to be sterized and dried. When I was looking around, not all bottle sterizers have the drying function so if you do go with a different brand I was suggest you get one which also dries as you can leave your equipment in it until ready to use. I believe Monohan which makes the Pari cups and Aerobika list a bottle sanitizer as a cleaning/sterilizing method so safe to use without warping like the microwave issue you had.
