Thanks, Sue! It's a common theme that so many people are diagnosed by unspecialized DRS and haven't heard of nebulizing or possibly starting drug treatment too soon or at questionable doses. Not to mention that they don't know where to go in their area. It's a good topic to periodically mention and repost.
