I am prone to frequent UTI's. I have serious issues with antibiotics due to a history of Cdiff. My functional med doc put me on a mannose supplement and I also use cranberry pills and of course LOTS of water.
I used to get 5 a year, down to 1 or 2 now.

HI, If you are a woman and are into menopause it may not be UTI's, years back I thought I was getting a lot of UTI's and my Urologist prescribed Estradiol 0.01 vaginally and that took care of it. If you are into menopause then our skin starts getting thinner and we start having female problem. This is just a suggestion. But it worked for me.
