I recently had covid which exacerbated my COPD. I take Trelegy which appears to be an improvement over Qvar and Incruse. Ive started walking on the treadmill and slowly able to walk for 30 minutes at 2mph. I started at 10 minutes. I’m able to go 30 minutes by breathing in through my nose and out through the mouth!
