After my first pancreatitus attack I refused to take another statin of any kind until 2023 when my primary doc recommended Zetia claiming it shouldn't bother my pancreas. He was absolutely wrong!
So from then on, after a severe pancreatitus attack that put me in hospital AGAIN, I now stay away from any medication that might even have a slight chance of causing inflammation of the pancreas as a side effect. So far, Repatha has lowered my LDL-C dramatically without any adverse side effects.

Glad you found something that works for you. I had an allergic reaction to Repatha. It was a bit scary. I was hoping it would be the answer.
