Adrenal Gland Tumor

Posted by dcdcclift @dcdcclift, Sep 18 6:57pm

So I’ve been sick three years. I was misdiagnosed three years ago. My symptoms are extreme weight loss, panic attacks back to back, uncontrollable blood pressure, 200/120 was the high and 160/100 is the average.
I won’t know till the 3rd if it’s benign
Anyone have any info on this

Hello, @dcdcclift, and welcome. That sounds like such a tough and overwhelming few years. You’ve really been through a lot with your health and the uncertainty of not having a clear diagnosis. Living with extreme weight loss, panic attacks, and blood pressure swings like that must be exhausting,

Waiting for your test results can be really stressful. I try to take a few moments each day to mediate and focus on one thing that I'm grateful for. Is there anything you enjoy doing that can keep you mind distracted or help relieve your stress while you wait for your results?

I can keep my mind distracted until the overwhelming panic hits me. Then it’s hard to get a clear thought.

I will check out those groups thank you 🙏
