I had two herniated disc many years ago. The dr wanted to do surgery buy I opted for physical therapy. Several things were tried but the one that helped was traction. It worked for me. I was taught exercise for maintenance of my back. It has been 15 years since my injury. I do still have back pain but do my back excercise when needed. Praying for you to be pain free!<br><br>
