B12 injections in the feet? Wow…now that’s an interesting idea. I actually did have B12 deficiency, but was never told to inject in my feet. I will pursue it.

The B12 injections in the feet are not for B12 deficiency they are to relive pain be regenerating the damaged nerves in the feet.

It was the podiatrist who gave me the injections. I did some research on it as well. They say the B12 regenerates the nerves.
