Find a kidney dietitian. Some insurance will pay. Even if you have to do it on a computer. They can give you a diet just for your numbers.

@margarethill Yes! I was able to schedule a virtual appt with a renal dietician in my area that is covered by insurance. Hoping to get some good advice. As a recently diagnosed Stage 3a, I now question everything I put in my mouth! So much confusing and contradictory information out there.
